Looking after it
Keep it upright. On its side the liquid runs into the housing and damages the pump, and that is not covered by the warranty. Let it rest about two minutes before opening it to refill. Finish a bottle within roughly 45 days so the scent does not oxidise. Thicker oils can clog the nozzle, so an alcohol flush once a month keeps the line clear.
