How yours gets made

1. Send one photo

A phone photo is fine. Daylight, their whole head and ears in frame. If you cannot choose, send three and we will tell you which one cuts best.

2. We cut the outline by hand

We trace your pet's edge ourselves, clear the background, and send the layout back to you. Nothing is printed until you say yes to it.

3. It turns up in their shape

Printed on both sides in high definition, wrapped in tissue, and made to order for one pet only. Every one is cut by hand in our private custom studio.

Questions people ask

One where you can see their whole head, ears included, in daylight. Phone photos are fine. Avoid heavy filters and dark rooms. If the photo is soft or very small we will tell you before anything is printed.

The same photo. The tote is printed on both sides, so it looks like them whichever way it hangs.

The 20 inch. It carries a laptop sleeve and a water bottle. The 16 inch reads more as an accessory, and the 24 inch is a weekend bag.

5 to 14 business days to cut and make, then about 7 business days to reach you. Your approval of the layout comes first, so the clock starts when you say yes.

Tell us and we will redo it. Nothing is printed until it is right, and you can cancel free of charge any time before you approve it.

Cold hand wash, air dry, no bleach. The inks are made to hold their colour in a cold wash.
